Center drill NWRd for the professional production of protected nuts, according to DIN 333-B. It is suitable for pre-drilling notches with a recess angle of 60 degrees and a diameter of 1 mm. It has two central blades with an angle of 118 degrees and special chip grooves for quick removal of the cut allowance from the workpiece. Protected caps are useful for pre-guidance of the drill bit, as well as when it is necessary to drill on sloping surfaces. The drill bits offered in our store are made entirely by grinding method from special high-grade HSS - High Speed Steel. Thanks to it, the reamers are very resistant to heavy cutting conditions, they allow machining of P1.2 - P1.3 class materials (unalloyed steels, sheets, metals, non-ferrous metals, aluminum alloys, copper alloys, thermally hardened plastics. Drill blades are resistant to mechanical damage, such as fractures, cracks, chipping, chipping and others.
