Die M18x1 for manual and machine threading
Die M18x1 WS for threading, round, NHDa type, designed for metric fine threads. The tolerance class of the threads made is 6g, and the complete thread making is carried out in the first working pass - 1.75P nut. Die M18x1 fine threads in the offer of our store are produced from special WS tool steel, in accordance with DIN 22 568.Thanks to this steel die are extremely hard and durable. Their service life increases, and this reduces the overall cost of machining. In addition, the offered die are characterized by good cutting properties, high resistance to severe cutting conditions (even to temperatures up to 600 degrees C). The use of threading dies also makes it possible to obtain very good quality of machined surfaces. The tools are designed for threading parts made of unalloyed steel, metals, copper, aluminum, metal alloys and others.
