Description

Modern machine threader for making Whitworth 1 1/8 inch common threads (7 coils per inch), NGWf - for nuttek.Pole tolerance of made 2B threads, BS-84:1956, triangular angle outline, 55 degree angle. Whitworth machine threaders offered by us are characterized by high quality workmanship. Their biggest advantage is that they are manufactured from special high-grade HSS - SW7M. This kind of tool steel allows machining very hard, hard-to-machine materials, such as unalloyed steels (carbon), metals, non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper), metal alloys (brass, bronze) and thermoplastics. The machine threaders in question are extremely resistant to harsh working conditions, including, in particular, the high temperatures generated during high-speed machining. They are not subject to mechanical damage, which significantly extends their service life.
