Description

Hand tapping machine M27x1 fine thread HSS. Thread cutter No. 2 - finishing thread cutter for the implementation of the second stage of threading. It is designed for manual cutting of metric fine-coil threads, type M 27x1, ISO DIN-13. It is necessary to use a suitable knob for the work, and the execution of the actual thread requires the use of a proper threader (No. 1) beforehand. The fine thread hand taps in our offer are manufactured from special high-grade HSS steel. This is a steel that guarantees high cutting efficiency and also increased resistance to abrasion and other damage to the blade during machining. Taps are rarely subject to fractures, cracks, chipping and other damage. In addition, the properties of the HSS high-speed steel increase the precision of cutting. The tolerance field of the threads made is ISO2-6H. The tools are designed for machining hard and hard-to-machine materials falling into the category marked with the symbol P1.2 - P1.3. This includes alloy steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, as well as thermoplastics.
