Countersink countersink fi30 90 degrees with cylindrical shank. Designed for enlarging holes as well as for face machining of surfaces around holes. NWSb 30 90 degree conical countersink for machining holes with a maximum diameter of 30 mm, at an angle of 90 degrees. It is a countersink made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 335-C. It is suitable for machining very hard and hard-to-machine materials classified in category P1.2 - P1.3.

These include unalloyed steels, metals, aluminum, copper, bronze, brass, heat-hardened plastics. Tapered countersinks 30 90 degrees from our offer are produced from modern HSS high-speed steel. This is a high-grade tool steel characterized by enhanced cutting properties. The conical countersinks offered by us from this steel are very resistant to very difficult cutting conditions. They can be used for various types of machine tools, including both conventional and CNC numerical control machines. An important advantage of the countersinks is their high resistance to any mechanical damage, and thus the possibility of significantly extending their service life.
