Hand tapping machine M24x1 fine-coil HSS - high quality hand tapping machine, No. 2 - finishing tapping machine with a 2A/2P cutter for the implementation of the second stage of threading. Its use should be preceded by the previous use of tapping machine No. 1. It is suitable for making metric fine thread M 24x1, with an angle of 60 degrees ISO DIN-13. It can be used to thread through-holes and blind holes. Due to the high quality of workmanship and high cutting capabilities, threaders of this type are designed for machining workpieces made of materials marked with category P1.2 - P1.3, including, among others, metals, unalloyed steels, bronze, brass, aluminum, copper and hard plastics. The fine-coil hand taps we offer are manufactured in accordance with the ISO-2 standard from modern HSS (High Speed Steel). This is a steel that allows for a significant increase in machining efficiency and also increases the precision of the cut threads. The tolerance field of the threads made is ISO2 6H. Threading is done manually using a suitable knob.
