Description
HSSM2.3x0.35 fine thread hand taps. A set of two specialized hand taps for making metric fine-coil threads, type M 2.3x0.35, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. The set includes taps: a proper tapping with an 8P cap and a finishing tapping with a 2P cap. Threading is carried out in two consecutive working steps, and the allowance of material is divided between the two threaders respectively. They are manufactured in accordance with ISO 529 from special high-alloy HSS tool steel. This is a tool steel with high cutting properties, which directly translates into high quality threading. First of all, the offered M2,3x0,35 fine-coil hand t aps are very resistant to harsh working conditions and their blades are resistant to breaking, cracking or chipping of the blade. Hand taps M2,3x0,35 made of HSS steel enable high work efficiency and at the same time very good quality of the threads made. Their tolerance class is 6H. The advantage of HSS steel used in the production of thread taps is also the increase in the precision of machining. They are suitable for threading parts made of materials marked with the symbol P1.2 - P1.3. These include carbon steels (unalloyed), metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics.
