Hand tapping machine M33x3 fine thread HSS - professional finishing tapping machine No. 2 with the 2P cut for performing the second stage of threading, after previous use of the proper tapping machine No. 1 with the 8P cut. The threader we offer is suitable for making metric fine threads, type M 33x2, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. The threading process is carried out using a special knob. This type of metric fine thread taps are produced in accordance with ISO2 standard from special high speed steel of HSS (High Speed Steel) grade. This is an exceptional tool steel, characterized by high hardness and durability. In addition, it has high cutting properties and is characterized by high resistance to harsh working conditions, including high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C). This type of steel also allows high cutting performance with high precision of the threads being cut. Their tolerance class is ISO2 (6H). The blades of the taps are resistant to any damage caused by machining hard and hard-to-machine materials. Thread cutters are suitable for machining materials marked with the symbol P1.2 - P1.3. These include unalloyed steels (carbon), metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, plastics.
