Description

HSSM2.3x0.25 fine threadhand taps. Professional hand taps for making metric fine threads, type M 2,3x0,25 with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. They can be used for threading through-holes and blind holes in hard and hard-to-machine materials of class P1.2 - P1.3. 3. These include metals, non-ferrous metals, carbon steels (unalloyed), non-ferrous metal alloys with hard plastics. M2.3x0.25 hand taps are made in accordance with ISO 529. The fine-coil hand taps we offer are sold in a set of two pieces, which includes: a right-hand tapping threader with an 8P nut and a finishing threader with a 2P nut. The total allowance of the material to be cut is divided between the two taps. M2.3x0.25 hand taps are made of special high-speed tool steel HSS - High Speed Steel. This kind of high-alloy steel significantly increases the efficiency of threading and allows to achieve high precision of cut threads. An additional advantage of threaders is their high resistance of blades to possible damage during threading, and, above all, resistance to breakage and chipping.
