The tolerance field of the threads made is 6H, and complete thread cutting is carried out already in the second working pass - 2P. Our offer includes M27x1.5 left hand threaders made in accordance with DIN 2181 from special HSS - High Speed Steel. This is a high-quality tool steel characterized by increased strength for very difficult cutting conditions. First of all, the threaders made of it are resistant to the high temperatures generated during high-speed threading. This allows high-speed threading, resulting in shorter machining time and thus better use of the workstations.
