The M7x0.75 DIN 2181/2 6H HSSHand Tapping Thread er is designed for making precision metric fine-coil threads in structural steels, brass and aluminum. Thanks to its accuracy and stable coil geometry, it enables high dimensional repeatability in unit and workshop machining.
Technical parameters: nominal diameter seven millimeters; pitch 0.75 mm; profile sixty degrees according to ISO 68-1; hole tolerance field class 6H according to ISO 965; right-hand direction. The straight chip grooves ensure even chip removal, and the two-part design according to DIN 2181/2 - an inserting part (I) and a finishing part (II) - balances the torsional torque, maintaining clean edges and alignment.
