Cylindrical countersink with pilot 38x21 for metal
Professional 38x21 cylindrical countersink with pilot, complying with DIN 375. It has a conical shank and pilot, whose task is to center the tool in the hole, reduce vibration and minimize the risk of the blade going sideways in the hole. The type DWCb countersinks in question are suitable for professional machining of 38x21 holes. They can be used for countersinking holes for flat screw heads, for enlarging holes, or otherwise shaping holes along a certain part of their length. They are also used to remove irregularities on the surface of previously drilled holes. 38x21 cylindrical countersinks with pilot can be used for various types of conventional machine tools, as well as for modern CNC computer-controlled machines. Cylindrical countersinks offered in our store are made of special HSS high-speed steel. Thanks to it, they gain greater hardness, durability and resistance to abrasion under the influence of high temperatures generated during high-speed machining. They are suitable for high-performance machining of unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, as well as other materials of P1.2 - class P1.3.
