Hand tapsM5x0,5 HSS - a two-piece set of professional general-purpose taps for making standard M10 metric threads. The manufacturer of threaders is a company of the well-known Czech company Bucovice specializing in the manufacture of threading tools since 1966 and enjoying a very good reputation in (and not only). Products of the Bucovice brand are characterized by very high quality and reasonable prices.
The threaders in question comply with the standard marked DIN 2181 and are made of specialized modern HSS high-speed tool steel, which allows the machining of materials in categories P1.2 - P1.3, including metals, carbon steels (unalloyed), non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum) and their alloys (bronze, brass), as well as plastics. The tolerance field of the threads made is ISO2-6H. The offered set includes three threaders: a preliminary one with an 8P cut, a proper one with a 4P cut and a final one - a finishing one with a 2P cut. Cutting is carried out in three working steps with successive use of the individual threaders.
