Hand taps M17x1.5 fine threads
Hand tapsM17x1,5 fine-coil HSS. Professional fine thread taps for manual cutting of metric threads, type M 17x1.5, ISO DIN-13. They are suitable for cutting internal threads in through-holes and blind holes. The offered M17x1.5 fine-coil hand taps are manufactured according to ISO 529 standard from special high-alloy HSS. This is a tool steel specially designed for machining extremely hard and hard-to-machine materials of the P1.2 - P1.3 class, which includes m.in. unalloyed steels, metal, non-ferrous metals, thermoplastics, hard metal alloys.
The tool set offered by us includes 2 threaders: a proper threader with an 8P cut and a finishing threader with a 2P cut. The execution of a complete thread is carried out in two consecutive passes with successive application of both tools. M17x1,5 fine-coil hand t aps in our store are characterized by high resistance to possible damage to the blade during operation, as well as significantly increased productivity and at the same time high precision of the cut threads. The tolerance field of the threads made is ISO2 6H. These advantages affect the prolongation of tool use, as well as improving the quality of machining.
