M40x2 fine thread hand taps
Hand tapsM40x2 fine-coil HSS - a set of two hand taps, general purpose for cutting threads in through-holes and blind holes. The taps are suitable for cutting metric fine-coil threads, type M 40 x 2, ISO DIN-13, with an angle of 60 degrees. The set includes 2 threaders: No. 1 - the right one with an 8P nut, and No. 2 - the finishing threader with a 2P nut. They are manufactured from modern HSS (High Speed Steel). It is a steel with enhanced cutting properties. Thanks to it, our offered M40x2 fine thread hand taps allow to increase the efficiency of threading, as well as affect a higher precision of machining. The tolerance field of the thread made is ISO2 6H. They are suitable for threading parts made of materials marked with the symbol P1.2-P1.3 (carbon steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics). M40x2 hand taps are very resistant to harsh working conditions, and their blades are resistant to any mechanical damage (breakage, cracking, chipping, chipping and others).
