Description
HSS M27x1.5 fine thread hand tapping machine. Professional finishing threader (No. 2) for the implementation of the second stage of threading. It is designed for making metric fine-coil threads, type M 27x1.5, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. Threading is done manually using a special knob. Taps of this type in the offer of our store are dedicated to both individual customers and large locksmith shops. They are made in accordance with ISO2 from special molybdenum high-speed steel HSS - High Speed Steel. This is a steel distinguished by higher resistance to abrasion and other harsh working conditions, including high temperature (up to 600 degrees C). Thanks to the properties of this steel, threaders are suitable for machining hard and hard-to-machine unalloyed steels, metals, plastics, metal alloys, copper, aluminum. The blades of taps are resistant to any mechanical damage, such as breaking, blunting, chipping, cracking and others. As a result, the threaders can be used for a very long time without the need to replace them with new ones.
