Offered hand threaders M11x1,25 are used for cutting metric fine threads with an angle of 60 degrees, type M11x1,25. The tolerance of the threads made is ISO2-6H. They can be used to thread through-holes and blind holes in parts made of materials marked with the symbol P1.2 - P1.3. These include ordinary steels, automatic steels, carbon steels (unalloyed), metals, non-ferrous metals, as well as metal alloys. The M11x1.25 hand tappers are sold in a set, which includes a No. 1 threader - a peeler with an 8P nut and a No. 2 threader - a finisher with a 2P nut. The tools are made of modern high-alloy HSS - High Speed Steel. The properties of this steel result in an increase in cutting efficiency, and at the same time affect the high precision of machining. Another advantage of the offered taps is high resistance to breakage, cracking and chipping of the blade when cutting threads.
