M15x1.5 fine thread hand taps
Hand tapsM15x1.5 fine-coil HSS - a set of modern hand taps for cutting metric fine-coil threads, type M 15 x 1.5 with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. These fine-coil hand taps are suitable for amateur and professional machining of hard and hard-to-machine materials of class P1.2 - P1.3. These include unalloyed-carbon steels, metals, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, plastics and others.
M15x1.5 hand taps are offered in a set of 2 pieces: a proper tapping threader with an 8P cut and a finishing threader with a 2P cut. They are designed for threading through-holes and blind holes, and the threading process is carried out in two working steps when both threaders are used consecutively. The advantage of the M15x1,5 hand t aps offered by us is high resistance to harsh working conditions, reduced risk of damage to the blade (breakage, cracking, chipping) and obtaining high accuracy of the threads cut. This is the result of the use of modern HSS high-speed steel for their production, the properties of which significantly exceed the cutting properties of conventional tool steel. The taps are made in accordance with ISO 529.
