Cylindrical countersink30x15,5 with pilot, conforming to DIN 375, designed for professional machining of previously drilled holes at right angles. This is a DWCb type of countersink, with a tapered shank, with a fixed pilot. It is designed for countersinking holes for flat screw heads, as well as for enlarging holes and otherwise shaping their surfaces. It is also suitable for removing irregularities (burrs) on the surface of holes. The pilot affects the perfect positioning of the countersink in the center of the hole, which not only reduces the risk of the blade going down the side of the hole, but at the same time eliminates vibration and increases the precision of machining. The 30x15,5 cylindrical count ersinks offered in our store are made of special HSS high-speed steel. The composition of the steel increases the efficiency of machining. Cylindrical countersinks made of HSS are very hard, durable and resistant to abrasion even under the influence of high temperatures generated during high-speed cutting. They are suitable for machining materials classified as P1.2 - P1.3. These include unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics. Cylindrical countersinks with pilot can be used with conventional and CNC computer-controlled machine tools.
