It is equipped with a pilot, which centers the countersink blade in the hole, reduces the risk of sidetracking, minimizes vibration and thus affects higher cutting accuracy. Cylindrical countersink with pilot of this type are designed for countersinking holes for flat screw heads, enlarging holes, eliminating irregularities on the surface of holes and also for other face machining, at right angles. The 36x19.5 cylindrical count ersinks we offer are manufactured from a special high-grade HSS - High Speed Steel. Thanks to its properties, the tools gain greater resistance to harsh cutting conditions and greater resistance to any mechanical damage. Countersink blades are resistant to breakage, cracking, chipping, chipping and more. They are suitable for machining unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and thermoset plastics.
