Hand tapping machine M10x0,75 fine thread HSS. Professional tapping machine No. 2 - finishing tapping machine with a 2A/2P cutter for the implementation of the second process of cutting metric fine-coil threads type M 10x0,75, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. The tapping machine is suitable for machining through-holes and blind holes. It allows machining workpieces made of materials marked with category P1.2 - P1.3, including metals, unalloyed steels, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and hard plastics. The fine hand threaders we offer are made according to ISO-2 standard from special molybdenum HSS (High Speed Steel). It is a tool steel that causes an increase in machining efficiency and influences higher accuracy of the threads made. The tolerance field of their manufacture is ISO2 6H. Threading is done manually using a special knob. The tools are dedicated to individual customers as well as professional plants and workshops engaged in small batch or unit production. The use of the tapping tool should be preceded by a preliminary threading with the use of tapping tool No. 1.
