Hand tapsM42x1.5 fine-coil HSS - a set of two high-end general purpose taps for manual cutting of metric fine-coil threads, type M 42x1.5, ISO DIN 13m, with an angle of 60 degrees. Taps must be used in the correct order. First a peeler with an 8P nut, and then a finisher with a 2P nut. Threading is done manually using a special knob. In our offer we have fine hand threaders made with the highest precision from special HSS - according to the ISO 529 standard. The specific geometric structure of the blades and the properties of HSS affect the higher cutting properties of the tools. They are resistant to harsh working conditions, durable and wear-resistant even at high temperatures - up to 600 degrees C. In addition, m42x1.5 hand threaders allow high-performance and high-precision cutting. The tolerance class of the threads made is ISO2 (6H). M42x1,5 hand taps are designed for machining materials falling into the category P1.2 - P1.3 - unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, thermoplastics.
