Description

HSS M12x1 fine thread hand tapping machine. Professional thread tapping machine No. 2 (finishing) for performing the second stage of cutting metric fine-coil threads, type M 12x1 with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. The thread tapping machine has a 2A/2P nut, is made according to the standard marked ISO-2 from modern tool steel HSS (High Speed Steel). The high cutting properties of this steel significantly increase the strength of the taps to withstand harsh working conditions, as well as increased resistance to possible damage to the blade during cutting (breakage, cracking, chipping). The fine-coil manual threaders we offer also enable high machining efficiency and, at the same time, high precision of the threads made. Their tolerance field is ISO2 (6H). The tool is designed for machining workpieces made of materials marked with the symbol P1.2 - P1.3, i.e. unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metal alloys and hard plastics.
