Modern 45 90-degree conical countersink, NWSa type, designed for professional machining of 90-degree holes. It is suitable for enlarging, countersinking and other face machining of holes with a maximum diameter of 40 mm. It is made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 335 from special HSS high-speed steel. It is a steel that affects the possibility of obtaining much better machining results. First of all, it is possible to increase cutting efficiency and improve the quality of machined surfaces. Countersinks made of HSS are suitable for cutting at high speeds, under the influence of high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C). The countersinks from our store are very hard and wear-resistant. Their blades are resistant to breaking, cracking, chipping, chipping and other mechanical damage.
