Countersink countersink fi50 90 degrees with Morse taper shank. Designed for enlarging holes as well as for face machining of surfaces around holes. High-quality conical countersink fi 50 90 degrees complies with the dimensional standard DIN 335-B. It is suitable for machining holes with a maximum diameter of 50 mm, at an angle of 90 degrees. Countersinks of this type are ideal for enlarging holes for screw heads, as well as for leveling hole surfaces (burrs). They are made of special HSS high-speed steel. This is a unique tool steel used in the manufacture of specialized cutting tools. Made of it, countersinks are very resistant to abrasion under high temperatures (up to 600 degrees), which allows high-speed machining. In addition, countersinks are resistant to a variety of mechanical damage that can occur when cutting hard and difficult-to-machine materials. This makes them suitable for machining parts made of unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and other plastics.
