Cylindrical countersink with pilot, cylindrical face, type DWCb, complying with the dimensional standard DIN 375. It has a conical shank. It is suitable for countersinking holes, enlarging, leveling unevenness on their surface and other face machining. Hole size 23x12. Cylindrical-face countersinks of this type are equipped with a pilot, which reduces the risk of the countersink going into the side of the hole, reduces vibration and thus increases the precision of machining. The countersinks offered to you are made of special HSS - High Speed Steel. This is a steel characterized by greater hardness and durability. Thanks to this, 23x12 cylindrical countersinks are more resistant to heavy cutting conditions, especially to high temperatures created during high-speed machining. The high cutting capacity reduces machining time and makes more rational use of the available workstations. The countersinks are suitable for various types of machine tools, including both conventional and CNC numerical control machine tools.
