The 32x26 pilot cylindrical countersinks offered in our store are designed for professional machining of previously drilled 32x26 holes. They are suitable for countersinking holes for flat screw heads, as well as for enlarging and other face machining of holes. Pilot cylindrical countersinks of this type are made of special HSS high-speed steel. This is a modern tool steel, the properties of which allow for better machining results. First of all, high-speed steel increases the strength of tools to withstand very heavy cutting conditions. They are resistant to high temperatures - up to 600 degrees C - generated during high-speed cutting. As a result, this affects the reduction of working time and better use of the machine tools you have. Our countersinks are suitable for machining parts made of hard unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and thermoset plastics.
