Cylindrical countersink29x15,5 with Morse taper shank and pilot. Designed for enlarging holes as well as for face machining of surfaces around holes.
Cylindrical-face countersink according to DIN 375, type DWCb, with conical shank. It is designed for countersinking holes at right angles for flat screw heads, as well as for enlarging them and other face machining around 29x15.5 holes. Cylindrical countersinks with pilot are made according to the latest technologies, from special HSS high-speed steel. The advantages of this type of countersinks are, first of all, high resistance to heavy cutting conditions, the possibility of high-performance machining at high speed, as well as very long tool life. The 29x15.5 cylindrical-face count ersinks we offer are resistant to temperatures up to 600 degrees. They are resistant to breaking, cracking, chipping, chipping and even dulling. They are equipped with a pilot that accurately centers the countersink in the hole, reduces the risk of the blade running off to the side of the hole and also minimizes vibration. Countersinks recommended for various types of machine tools. They can be used for conventional machine tools, drilling machines as well as CNC computer-controlled machines. They are suitable for machining materials of P1.2 class - P1.3.
