Cylindrical countersink with pilot 48x33 for metal
Professional 48x33 cylindrical countersink with pilot, type DWCb, complying with DIN 375, intended for machining 48x33 holes at an angle of 90 degrees. It is suitable for countersinking holes for flat screw heads, for enlarging holes and also for removing irregularities on their surface. The countersinks in our offer have a conical shank and a fixed pilot, which perfectly positions the blade in the center of the hole and reduces vibrations generated during machining. This has the effect of significantly increasing the precision of machining. The offered 48x33 cylindrical countersinks with pilot are produced from special HSS (High Speed Steel). This is a steel with improved properties that affect better machining results. HSS countersinks are resistant to mechanical damage, very hard and durable. They are suitable for machining materials classified as P1.2 - P1.3. These are metals, non-ferrous metals, non-alloy steels, plastics. They can be used for conventional machine tools, drilling machines and CNC numerical control machine tools.
