High quality cylindrical-face countersink, type DWCb. Dedicated to both individual customers and large manufacturing plants. We offer you modern cylindrical-face countersinks according to DIN 375, designed for machining 40x26 (M-24) holes.
They can be used for countersinking holes for flat screw heads, as well as for enlarging them and otherwise shaping the size of holes. The countersinks are also suitable for leveling unevenness on the surface of holes. The 40x26 cylind rical countersinks in question have a pilot designed to perfectly center the blades in the center of the hole, minimize vibration and prevent the blade from running off to the side of the hole. Cylindrical countersinks with pilot are made of modern HSS high-speed steel. This is a steel with improved properties. Tools made of this steel are highly resistant to harsh cutting conditions, resistant to mechanical damage and very durable. They are suitable for machining unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals and other materials of grade P1.2 - 1.3.
