20x14 cylindrical countersink with Morse taper shank and pilot. Designed for hole enlargement as well as face machining around holes.
Cylindrical countersink with pilot cylindrical face for professional machining of previously drilled holes at 90 degrees. It is mainly designed for countersinking holes for flat screw heads, as well as enlarging and otherwise resizing them. They are also suitable for leveling unevenness on the surface of holes. In our store we have cylindrical-face countersinks type DWCb, guided in a medium-precision transition hole under M12, 20x14 thread. They are made in accordance with DIN 375, have a conical shank and a pilot, which centers the tool in the hole, reduces its vibration and, at the same time, affects higher precision machining. The 20x14 cylindrical countersinks offered to you are made with the highest precision from special HSS high-speed steel. This is a tool steel characterized by very high properties. Countersinks produced from it are very hard, durable and resistant to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, breakouts). They are suitable for machining materials classified in class P1.2 - P1.3. These include unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics.
