Cylindrical countersink 24x12 with Morse taper shank and pilot. Designed for hole enlargement as well as face machining around holes
Cylindrical-face countersink according to DIN 375, type DWCb, with conical shank. Designed for countersinking holes at right angles for flat screw heads, as well as enlarging them and other face machining around 24x12 holes. The countersinks are made according to the latest technologies, from special HSS high-speed steel. The advantages of countersinks of this type are, first of all, high resistance to heavy cutting conditions, the possibility of high-performance machining at high speed, as well as very long tool life. The cylindrical-face countersinks we offer are resistant to temperatures up to 600 degrees. They are resistant to breaking, cracking, chipping, chipping and even dulling. They are equipped with a pilot that accurately centers the countersink in the hole, reduces the risk of the blade running off to the side of the hole and also minimizes vibration. The 24x12 cylindrical countersinks are recommended for various types of machine tools. They can be used for conventional machine tools, drilling machines, as well as CNC computer-controlled machines. They are suitable for machining P1.2 class materials - P1.3.
