Cylindrical countersink42x28 with pilot with Morse taper shank and pilot. Designed for hole enlargement as well as face machining around holes.
Cylindrical countersink for professional machining of 42x28 (M-24) holes. Type of countersink DWCb, with tapered shank and plain pilot. It allows perfect positioning of the countersink in the center of the hole, reducing vibrations and the risk of the blade going sideways, and thus higher machining accuracy. The countersinks offered by na are used for countersinking holes, enlarging, removing irregularities from their surfaces and other 90-degree face machining. The 42x28 cylindrical countersinks with pilot are manufactured in accordance with DIN 375 from modern high-quality HSS high-speed steel. Thanks to its properties, countersinks gain greater resistance to harsh cutting conditions, are harder and more durable. The blades are resistant to all mechanical damage, making high-performance machining at increased speeds possible. The tools are suitable for various types of machine tools, including both conventional machine tools and drills as well as computer-controlled numerical control machines.
