It is a cylindrical shank countersink with fixed pilot, guided in the hole for 10x4,2 thread. It is suitable for professional countersinking, enlarging and other shaping of holes on a certain part of their length, as well as for machining surfaces around previously made holes. The pilot allows greater precision in machining, eliminates vibration and the possible risk of the countersink coming off the side of the hole. The 10x4.2 cylindrical countersinks we offer are manufactured in accordance with the latest technologies, from modern high-alloy HSS - High Speed Steel. Tools made of this steel show both the resistance of the blade to high temperatures and its greater hardness. The tools also have the advantage of being more resistant to increased machining speed, thus reducing working time. The countersinks are suitable for machining parts made of P1.2 class materials - P1.3. They are suitable for both conventional machine tools and modern CNC machines.
