Modern 48x26,5 cylindrical countersink with pilot, cylindrical-face, type DWCb, designed for machining holes with dimensions of 48x26,5. Made of special high-speed steel HSS (High Speed Steel), according to the dimensional standard DIN 375, this countersink is designed for professional machining of materials included in the class P1.2 - P1.3 (carbon steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys). It can be used for countersinking holes for flat screw heads, for enlarging holes and also for other shaping of hole sizes. The offered 48x26.5 cylindrical count ersinks with pilot have a cylindrical shank and fixed pilot, which perfectly centers the blade in the hole and reduces the risk of vibration. Thus, it allows very accurate machining of the hole surface. The cylindrical-face countersinks in our offer are durable and very tough cutting conditions. Their blades are resistant to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping), which makes it possible to use the tools for a long time without the need for replacement with new ones.
