High-quality 53x29,5 cylindrical countersink with pilot, with conical shank, with fixed pilot, with Morse taper, type DWCb, designed for machining of previously drilled 53x29,5 holes. It is suitable for both countersinking, enlarging and otherwise shaping their size. It is most often used for countersinking holes for flat screw heads. Type of countersink DWCb, made according to the dimensional standard DIN 375. We offer you professional 53x29,5 cylind rical countersinks with pilot made of HSS - High Speed Steel, which is distinguished by high hardness and durability. The cylindrical countersinks in question made of this steel are much more resistant to heavy cutting conditions than those made of conventional tool steel. The countersinks offered in our store can withstand high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C) generated during high-speed cutting. They are suitable for conventional machine tools and modern CNC machine tools.
