Cylindrical countersink with pilot 33x22 cylindrical countersink with Morse taper shank and pilot. Designed for hole enlargement as well as face machining around holes
Modern 33x22 cylindrical-face countersink made in accordance with DIN 375, with a conical shank for countersinking holes for flat screw heads. It is a type DWCb countersink, with a fixed pilot, which perfectly centers the countersink blade in the hole, reduces the risk of it going sideways, and also reduces vibrations generated during machining. This is extremely important when cutting at high speeds. The 33x22 cylindrical count ersinks offered in our store are dedicated to both individual customers and large manufacturing plants. They are made of modern HSS high-speed steel. This is a steel with increased hardness, durability and resistance to harsh conditions. Thanks to these features, pilot cylindrical countersinks make it possible to realize high-performance (at high speed) and at the same time very accurate machining. The blades of the countersinks are resistant to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping, chipping), which extends the life of the tools and reduces the overall cost of machining. Countersinks are designed for cutting materials of P1.2 class - P1.3.
