High quality 26x18 pilot cylindrical countersink with Morse taper shank for professional machining of 26x18 holes at 90 degrees. Type of countersink DWCb, conforming to the dimensional standard DIN 375. Equipped with a pilot that positions the blade perfectly in the center of the hole. This allows for less vibration, minimizing the risk of the blade going sideways, as well as achieving better quality machining of hole surfaces. The cylindrical-head countersinks from our store are dedicated to both individual customers and large workshops and manufacturing plants. They are most often used for countersinking holes for flat screw heads, as well as for enlarging holes and smoothing out irregularities on their surface. The 26x18 cylindrical countersinks are manufactured from modern HSS - High Speed Steel. Its properties increase machining efficiency, improve the quality of machining, as well as make the tools more resistant to very difficult cutting conditions. They enable high-performance machining at high speeds. Countersink blades are resistant to all mechanical damage (cracks, chipping).
