Cylindrical countersink with pilot 24x16, cylindrical face countersink with Morse taper shank and pilot. Designed for hole enlargement as well as face machining around holes
High-quality 24x16 cylindrical face countersink with Morse taper shank, made according to DIN 375, type DWCb, designed for machining 24x16 (M14) holes. It is suitable for both countersinking holes at 90 degrees, as well as enlarging them and otherwise shaping the dimension. Also designed to remove irregularities (burrs) on the surface of the hole. Countersinks sold in our store are equipped with a pilot that perfectly centers the countersink blade in the hole, minimizes vibration and reduces the risk of the tool running off to the side of the hole. Cylindrical countersinks found in our store are made in accordance with the latest technologies from special HSS high-speed steel. This is a unique tool steel affecting the possibility of obtaining better machining parameters. Thanks to this, the 24x16 cylindrical countersinks make it possible to realize high-performance machining at increased speeds. Even in such difficult conditions (the resulting high temperature), the blades of the countersinks maintain high efficiency and are resistant to any mechanical damage. The tools we offer are suitable for machining very hard and hard-to-machine materials P1.2 - P1.3
