Cylindrical countersink with pilot 46x33, cylindrical-face, with conical shank, type DWCb, made according to the dimensional standard DIN 375. Designed for professional processing of previously drilled 46x33 holes. It is suitable for both their countersinking, enlarging and other size shaping. It is most often used for countersinking holes for flat screw heads. The countersinks offered to you are made of HSS - High Speed Steel. Tool steel of this type is characterized by high hardness and durability. Countersinks from this steel are much more resistant to heavy cutting conditions than countersinks from conventional tool steel. They can withstand high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C) generated when cutting at high speeds. On the other hand, the high machining performance reduces working time and makes better use of the machine tools you have (conventional, CNC, drilling machines). Cylindrical countersinks 46x33 are designed for machining materials classified in class P1.2 - P1.3. These include carbon steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, plastics.
