Cylindrical countersink11x6,6 NWCa, in accordance with DIN 373, guided in a medium-precision transition hole for thread M6, 11x6,6. Designed for professional machining of previously drilled holes - at right angles. It can be used for enlarging holes, countersinking them, as well as for other surface treatment around the holes. Cylindrical-face countersinks have a cylindrical shank, are equipped with a pilot, whose task is to center the tool in the hole and minimize vibration during machining. Cylindrical countersinks 11x6,6 offered to you in our store are manufactured according to the latest technology from modern HSS high-speed steel. This type of steel increases the strength of tools for very difficult cutting conditions. It allows machining at increased speed, at high temperatures up to 600 degrees C. The countersink blades are very hard and resistant to any mechanical damage, such as fractures, cracks, set-offs and others. Countersinks are suitable for machining materials falling into categories P1.2 - P1.3 (unalloyed steels, metals, aluminum, copper, bronze, brass, plastics).
