Cylindrical countersink30x20 with pilot , cylindrical countersink with Morse taper shank and pilot. Designed for hole enlargement as well as face machining around holes.
Professional cylindrical countersink with pilot for machining 30x20 (M18) holes at 90 degrees. This is a DWCb type countersink with a tapered shank, with a regular pilot that accurately positions the tool in the center of the hole. This avoids the risk of the countersink going down the side of the hole, reduces vibration and achieves higher precision machining. In our store we offer you modern 30x20 cylind rical face countersinks made of HSS high-speed steel. The composition of the steel increases the strength of the tools to very heavy cutting conditions. This is primarily high temperature (up to 600 degrees C) formed during high-speed machining. The blades of the tools are resistant to breakage, breakage cracks, chipping and other mechanical damage. This extends the service life of the tools and affects the possibility of reducing overall machining costs. Countersinks are designed mainly for countersinking holes for flat screw heads. They are suitable for various types of machine tools (conventional and CNC).
