Cylindrical countersink38x31,5, cylindrical-head with Morse taper shank and pilot. Designed for hole enlargement as well as face machining around holes.
Modern 38x31.5 cylindrical countersink with pilot, cylindrical-face, type DWCb, with conical shank, complying with dimensional standard DIN 375. Designed for professional machining of 38x31.5 holes at right angles. Mainly used for countersinking, widening and also other face machining of holes. Cylindrical-face countersinks from our offer are characterized by high properties and machining capabilities. They are equipped with a pilot, which affects the perfect centering of the countersink blade in the hole, reducing vibrations and also reducing the risk of the countersink going sideways in the hole. The 38x31.5 cylindrical count ersinks we offer are manufactured from special HSS high-speed steel. This type of tool steel is very hard, durable and resistant to abrasion under high temperatures. Thanks to these features, tools made of HSS are suitable for high-performance machining of very hard and hard-to-machine materials of P1.2 - P1.3 class (metals, carbon steels, metal alloys, non-ferrous metals), using various types of machine tools (conventional and CNC).
