It is suitable for countersinking holes for flat screw heads, as well as for enlarging them and otherwise shaping hole sizes. The NWCb countersinks ferruled in our store are also suitable for leveling unevenness on the surface of holes. The 36x24 pilot piloted cylindrical countersinks have a pilot, which is used to prevent the blade from going down the side of the hole, centering the blades inside the hole and also minimizing vibration. We offer you professional 36x24 pilot countersinks manufactured from special HSS (High Speed Steel), thanks to which they are characterized by increased resistance to harsh cutting conditions, as well as greater resistance to potential mechanical damage to the blades.
