Countersink with pilot 23x15 for metal
23x15 cylindrical countersink with Morse taper shank and pilot. Designed for hole enlargement as well as face machining around holes. Cylindrical-face countersink designed for countersinking holes at an angle of 90 degrees, as well as for enlarging them, leveling irregularities on the surface of the holes and also for other shaping of their size. The countersink is designed for machining 23x15 holes. It is made in accordance with DIN 375 and has a tapered shank and a pilot, which makes it possible to perfectly center the countersink in the hole, reduce vibrations and improve the quality of machining. In our store we have 23x15 cylindrical countersinks made according to the latest technology from special high-grade HSS. This is a steel characterized by greater hardness, durability and resistance to abrasion under the influence of high temperature (up to 600 degrees) formed during high-speed machining. The blades of the countersinks are characterized by increased resistance to any mechanical damage, which significantly extends the life of the tools. The offered countersinks are suitable for various types of machine tools. They are used for machining materials of category P1.2 - P1.3.
