Cylindrical countersink with pilot 55x31,5 for metal
Modern 55x31,5 cylindrical countersink with pilot, type DWCb, for holes with dimensions 55x31,5. It is a countersink manufactured from high-alloy HSS (High Speed Steel), according to the dimensional standard DIN 375. The countersink has a conical shank, is equipped with a pilot, which reduces the risk of the countersink going sideways in the hole, reduces vibration and thus increases the precision of machining. The 55x31.5 cylindrical count ersinks with pilot offered in our store are recommended for countersinking holes, enlarging, leveling unevenness on their surface and other face machining. Thanks to the properties of HSS steel, the tools are characterized by increased resistance to heavy cutting conditions, as well as greater resistance to abrasive wear. Thus, they are suitable for cutting very hard materials (unalloyed steels, metals, metal alloys), even at high speeds. They can be used for various types of machine tools, including both conventional and CNC numerical control machines.
