Cylindrical countersinker39x21 with pilot with Morse taper shank and pilot. Designed for hole enlargement as well as face machining around holes. High-quality cylindrical face countersink with conical shank, type DWCb, conforming to the dimensional standard DIN 375. Designed for professional machining of previously drilled holes at an angle of 90 degrees. The pilot cylindrical countersinks in question are suitable for enlarging, countersinking, and otherwise shaping the surface of 39x21 holes. They are equipped with a pilot, which centers the tool in the hole, and thus affects greater precision in machining. Its task is not only to level vibrations, but also to reduce the risk of the countersink going down the side of the hole. The 39x21 cylindrical countersinks offered in our store are made of modern HSS (High Speed Steel). Its properties improve the cutting parameters. Thanks to it, it is possible to increase machining efficiency and improve precision at the same time. The countersinks are very hard and durable, and their blades are resistant to any mechanical damage. They are suitable for machining materials included in category P1.2 - P1.3.
