Cylindricalcountersink 29x20, cylindrical-face with Morse taper shank, for machining previously drilled 29x20 holes at 90 degrees. Type of countersink DWCb, in accordance with DIN 375. It is equipped with a pilot, whose task is to minimize vibration and accurately center the countersink in the hole, resulting in much better machining precision. Cylindrical countersinks on our offer are mainly intended for countersinking holes for flat screw heads, widening holes, leveling unevenness (burrs) on their surface and other face machining of holes. Pilot29x20 cylindrical countersinks of this type are manufactured from high-grade HSS high-speed steel. This is a modern steel used for the production of professional cutting tools used in large manufacturing plants. The advantage of the countersinks we offer is high resistance to very heavy cutting conditions. Even under the influence of high temperature (up to 600 degrees) arising during cutting at high speed, countersinks maintain high technical efficiency and are resistant to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping). Countersinks are suitable for machining unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and other hard materials of P1.2 class - P1.3.
