Modern machine tapping M12x1.5 blind through-feed straight designed for professional processing of very hard and hard-to-machine materials such as alloy steels, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, gray cast iron, ductile iron, cast steel. Taps in our offer are suitable for machine cutting of metric fine-coil threads, type M 12x1.5. They have a through shank, type of cut C (2 - 3 P), angle of 60 degrees, tolerance class of made threads ISO 2 - 6H. M12x1.5 machine taps for stainless steel are manufactured in accordance with DIN 374 from modern high-alloy HSSE high-speed steel. The steel contains about 5% cobalt in its composition, which increases the cutting properties of the taps. Above all, they are very hard, durable and wear-resistant even at temperatures reaching 670 degrees C. Thanks to these features, the threaders allow high-performance machining at high speeds, while maintaining very good threading accuracy. In addition, the blades of the taps are resistant to any mechanical damage. All the features of our threaders make them usable for a very long time, even in harsh conditions.
