Cylindrical countersink with pilot 20x10,2 for metal
High quality 20x10 ,2 HSS cylindrical countersink, NWCa type, guided in a hole for M12 thread, 20x10,2. Made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 373. It has a cylindrical shank, as well as a pilot, which centers the tool in the hole and reduces the risk of the countersink going sideways in the hole. The cylindrical-face countersinks offered in our store are manufactured in accordance with the latest technologies, from special HSS high-speed steel. Tool steel of this type is characterized by very good properties, and tools made from it are distinguished by increased strength to withstand very heavy cutting conditions. The blades of the countersinks are resistant to any mechanical damage, such as cracking, chipping, fracturing and even blunting. The 20x10.2 cylindrical count ersinks in question are designed for machining materials of the P1.2 class - P1.3. They can be used for various types of machine tools, including both conventional machine tools, drilling machines and modern CNC-controlled numerical control machines.
